Proof of concept on the Cloudflare edge AI stack. Endpoint: POST /api/ask · model is a one-line swap in functions/api/ask.ts. Retrieval is keyword today; Phase 2 upgrades it to semantic search (AutoRAG / Vectorize). Phase 3 adds stateful memory via the Agents SDK.
